When I received my ionizer, the front display panel seemed to have scratches on it, is there any thing I can do to resolve this issue?

The ionizers come with a thin film of plastic protecting both the display panel as well as the flow control valve from scratches or damage during shipment. You can easily peel off this plastic by using your fingernail or a small instrument to find the edge of the plastic at one of the four corners and peel it off, being careful not to scratch the unit.

One out of every twenty (20 to 30) units is taken off the line and checked - a unit that comes with a little bit of water in it is not unheard of. These are the units that were taken off the line and checked - these are the units that we know work!

The glass test tubes are missing from my order! Why?

We have stopped including the glass test tubes with the units; we have found that method of manufacturing the tubes was affecting the pH of water when tested with the reagent drops. To compensate for the glass tubes, we have included a little cup that the reagent drops conveniently sit in to set the water.

Thank you for contacting us.
If your water is on the hard side, then it usually carries a lot of dissolved calcium that is evenly dispersed in the water and invisible. When this water goes through your ionizer a strong negative charge or ORP (ideal to help your body absorb the water) is created. This is complex , but in basic terms, this charge makes the calcium particles grab onto other calcium particles so that they are no longer evenly dispersed. These clumps are seen either floating in the water or sticking to the surface of your container. Rest assured that you are getting a very high level of very absorbable calcium in your ionized water. If the appearance bothers you, reduce the level of pH and this will usually reduce the amount you are seeing in the water. You may also want to consider purchasing an EOS devise which is an anti-scaling device and will help.
