How should I store the alkaline, ionized water?

Of course, drinking the water directly from the unit is always best. But, if you need to store it, the best way is to: Keep the water cool with as little contact with air as possible (fill the container up to the very top). Keep the contained water away from sunlight and heat. Store the water in a glass, or other non-reactive container, such as a Lexan or Polycarbonate bottle. Try to avoid storage in metal, especially aluminum containers.

What is the approximate shelf life of the ORP?

Shelf life of the ORP is dependant upon the initial ORP produced by the unit, which will vary. The lower ORP that you start with, the longer it will take to entirely dissipate. For storing water, you would ideally want to start with the strongest ORP possible, so set your machine on a high level and slow down your flow rate.

The pH should generally remain relatively stable for a long period of time. The pH is a measurement of "potential hydrogen" in the water. Water that is high in alkaline minerals and bicarbonates would measure high in pH. As this is a physical property, it remains fairly stable, and should only change slightly if stored properly. See, “How should I store the alkaline, ionized water?”

I have a customer going to China for two or three weeks> She is seeing amazing results using the alkaline water and does not want to be without it. Any recommendations on either transporting the water or finding it in CHina while she is there? Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you

I am very happy to hear that your customer is having good results with the water. If you would really like to take the water on your trip, I would recommend to pack up the machine in a suitcase. Basically, you would just take the filters out, wrap the machine in towels, and of course, make sure it fits snug. I would also find out from your particular airline if they think that this would be allowed. The Athena machines are 110V, and to use them in China, you might need 230V. You can probably do some research on transformers to purchase for this particular use. Hope this helps!
